1 saat 5 dk gecikmeli bindirdiler. Resmen fiyasko.. Hadi gecikme oldu bari bir özür mesaji gönderin. İnsanlarin o çaldiginiz 1 saatte neler kaybettiğini nerden bileceksiniz. Zaten paranizi aldiniz ne önemi var ki başka şeylerin.
1 hour 5 min delayed. Officially the fiasco .. Let's send an apology message that was delayed. How do you know what people lost in the next hour? Anything else that matters, you already have your money.

Pegasus demek çile demek. Parayla rezil olmak demek. Biraz daha paraya duzgun bir firmayi tercih ediniz.

Ich habe hier mein schlimmstes und unglaublichsten Erlebnis erleben dürfen , am 25.06.2021 um 6 Uhr sollten wir nach Nord Zypern fliegen da wohl dort andere Regeln bezüglich der Akzeptanz von Geimpften gibt und wir leider vom Reisebüro keine Informationen hatten durfte ich mit zwei Impfungen den Flug nicht antreten , naja entsprechend gingen wir zum Pegasus Schalter wo ein extrem Unfreundlicher Herr Arbeitete ( Namen habe ich Pegasus bei einem Beschwerde Schreiben mitgeteilt ) dieser erzählte uns verschiedene Varianten an Möglichkeiten ich sollte schnell einen PCR Test zu meinem Impfungen machen hin und her , da ich mit der Familie dort rum lief, habe ich schnell eine. pCR Test gemacht ging dann zum Pegasus Schalter diesmal sagte er mir , ich buche Ihnen den Flug um auf 8 Uhr aber Sie müssen 230€ extra bezahlen , ich in meiner vollen Verzweiflung akzeptiere dies, fragte aber :“ Sind Sie sich sicher das wir keine Probleme mehr haben würden“ er sagte ja klar wenn es Probleme gibt sagen Sie den MA am Schalter die sollen mich anrufen , ich fragte dann nach einer Quittung den konnte er wegen technischen Problemen wohl nicht ausdrucken …..! Naja dann ging ich mit meiner Familie zur Gepäckannahme diesmal sagten die uns an der Gepäckannahme , ja schön und gut das Sie jetzt ein PCR Test machen bzw. Gemacht haben ,sie mit doppelt Impfung kommen nicht in Quarantäne aber Ihre Frau schon ( 7 Tage Quarantäne) na toll antworte ich denen unser Urlaub ist 7 Tage im Hotel , Antwort da können wir nichts machen ! Ich ging sofort wieder zum Pegasus Schalter wo ich einer Rückerstattung meines Nach gebuchten Tickets haben wollte , Antwort : das geht nicht mehr und lächelte mich an …. Ich fragte nach seinen Namen den er mir Gott sei Dank geben konnte , anschließend fragte er mich was ich damit machen will, ich antwortete eine Beschwerde einreichen , dann lachte er mich mit seinen Kollegen aus !!! Soviel zu Pegasus und Schulung von Mitarbeiter in Ankara Flughafen, ich habe es der Verbraucherschutzzentrale in der Türkei sowie in Deutschland gemeldet zzgl. werde ich definitiv rechtlich Vorgehen !
I was able to experience my worst and most unbelievable experience here, on June 25th, 2021 at 6 a.m. we were supposed to fly to North Cyprus because there are probably different rules there regarding the acceptance of vaccinated people and unfortunately we had no information from the travel agency, I was allowed to fly with two vaccinations did not compete, well we went to the Pegasus counter where an extremely unfriendly gentleman worked (I told Pegasus his name in a complaint letter) he told us different options I should quickly do a PCR test for my vaccinations back and forth, as I did ran around there with the family, I quickly have one. pCR test done then went to the Pegasus counter this time he said to me, I will book you the flight at 8 o'clock but you have to pay 230 € extra, I in my complete desperation accept this, but asked: “Are you sure that we have no problems would have more “he said yes clearly if there are problems tell the employee at the counter they should call me, I then asked for a receipt that he could not print out because of technical problems… ..! Well then I went with my family to the baggage claim, this time they said to us at the baggage claim, well and good that you are now doing or have done a PCR test, you will not be quarantined with a double vaccination but your wife will (7 days quarantine) well, I answer that our vacation is 7 days in the hotel, answer we can't do anything! I immediately went back to the Pegasus counter where I wanted a refund for my ticket that had been booked afterwards. Answer: that no longer works and smiled at me…. I asked for his name, which thank God he could give me, then he asked me what I want to do with it, I replied to submit a complaint, then he laughed at me with his colleagues !!! So much for Pegasus and training of employees in Ankara Airport, I reported it to the consumer protection center in Turkey and Germany plus I will definitely take legal action!

I like Pegasus airline,,, but especially with corona situations.. And some trip canceled because of recent regulations i have noticed and suffered from that most land staff no speak English. As it is big international airline they should train their employees at least with the basic English word. So difficult to communicate with the staff
