The seat was loose and I was actually holding it in my hands !! One of my worst flight experiences. Lousy service, old and rotten planes! Will never return to Pegasus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell tickets for transit flights through Istanbul (not to Turkey), but do not put on a flight with Russian citizenship. When buying a ticket and registering online, no warnings are shown, although you must specify your citizenship there. Only confirmation is sent to your email and phone number. The money for the ticket is also not refunded. Their representative at the check-in counter, instead of real preventive actions to inform passengers, sends everyone to the call center. All this is clearly deliberate actions, since this situation has been going on for more than two weeks and a large number of Russians have been deceived.
