Pednelissos Ancient City: It is located within the borders of Serik district of Antalya province. It lies on the southern and western slopes of a hill known as Bodrumkaya, 1 km east of Kozan Village and at an altitude of approximately 650 m. The ruins of Bodrumkaya are located about 75 km northeast of Antalya. The site was first visited by Italian researchers in 1914 and probably introduced to the scientific world as Pednelissos. Although the remains of Kozan-Bodrumkaya have not been supported by the inscriptions in the settlement until today, according to the descriptions in the ancient sources, it shows the most suitable location for the ancient city of Pednelissos, which is bordered between Selge and Aspendos. This is one of the most magnificent works in the ruins of Bodrum, a depiction of the cult of Apollo, M.S. It is supported by its presence on a coin of Pednelissos dated to the 3rd century. Located in the ancient city of Pednelissos; temples, baths, reliefs of alabastron and the remains of the sanctuary are of great interest.

This ruin, which I had the chance to visit on April 10, 2022, is a small ruined place that has remained out of sight, although it is not that much of a structure, it is a nice historical place with its burned walls, arched door and general structure leaning on high rocks.
