2012 yılında tamamlanan 3 blok 50şer daireden toplam 150 daireli geniş ebeveyn banyo ve 12 + 8er m2lik iki balkonlarıyla toplam 148 m2 evlerden oluşan site açık otopark alanı yeterli, geniş ve çok nezihtir.
Dezavantajları
Oyun parkının taşlık olması, ses oluyor diye basketbol potalarının hiç takılı olamaması ve evin içerisinde kapı, pencere, parke gibi bölümlerde yer yer malzeme ve/veya işçilik kalitesi eksikliği. Satın alanlar bu sorunlardan dolayı daha sonra 2017 yılı fiyatlarıyla 30 40 bin TL civarı masraf yapabileceğini unutmamalı.
