Ortak kullanım için oturma alanları, spor için aletler, basketbol için ayrılmış kısım, satranç ve masa tenisi için ekipman bulunmaktadır. Yaz aylarında ağaçlar sayesinde serin olmaktadır. Geniş ve uzun bir park. Genel itibariyle sessiz ve huzurlu. Çocuklar için geniş bir park bulunmakta. Ek olarak birkaç noktada ücretsiz temiz su için sebiller bulunmaktadır.
