Kış aylarında, bazı meyve ve sebze ürünlerinin pazar fiyatları market fiyatlarıyla yarışır diyebilirim. Avantajı şudur: ürünlerini köyden getirmiş üreticiler pazarda satış yapabilmektedirler. Büyükşehirlerde köylü pazarını rastlamak mümkün olmuyor. Tüketiciler temiz ve taze ürüne rahatlıkla ulaşabilir. Pazarın çevresinde bir zamanlar karayol müdürlüğünde çalışan personellerin yaşadıkları 40_ 50 yıllık eski evler vardır. Zamanın ve koşulların değişmesiyle mahalle olumsuz yönde el değiştirmiştir.
It is a bazaar where Samsun villagers are located on the road between narrow streets near Necatibey primary school. In winter, I can say that the market prices of some fruit and vegetable products compete with market prices. The advantage is that the producers who brought their products from the village can sell in the market. It is not possible to come across the peasant market in metropolitan cities. Consumers can easily access clean and fresh products. Around the market, there are old 40-50 years old houses where the personnel working in the highway directorate once lived. With the change of time and conditions, the neighborhood has changed hands negatively.
