Sanayi Bölgemiz Hatay İli, Payas İlçesi sınırları içerisindedir.
Hatay-Payas Organize Sanayi Bölgesi, önceden kurulmuş ve faaliyetini sürdüren bir Sanayi Bölgesi iken daha sonraları Organize Sanayi Bölgesine dönüştürülmüştür.
Payas Organize Sanayi Bölgesi 53 hektarlık alan üzerine kurulmuş olup toplam 36 adet sanayi parseli bulunmaktadır. Bölgemiz dahilde bulunan Sanayi kuruluşlarının %98 oranında ağırlıklı imalat sektör guruplarından Demir ve Demir mamullerinin üretimi bulunmaktadır. Hatay-Payas Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nin İskenderun Demir ve Çelik fabrikalarına 1 Km, TEM Otoyolu ve E–5 Karayoluna 0 Km, T.C.D.D. yollarına 3 Km, Limanlara olan uzaklığı ise 2 Km.dir.
Hatay-Payas Organized Industrial Zone was published in the Official Gazette dated 02.01.1995 and no. Organized Industrial Zone was announced with the registration number of 1971 and 1995. Our Industrial Zone is within the boundaries of Payas District of Hatay Province.
The Hatay-Payas Organized Industrial Zone was converted into an Organized Industrial Zone while it was an industrial area which was established and operated.
Payas Organized Industrial Zone is established on an area of 53 hectares and has a total of 36 industrial parcels. 98% of the industrial establishments included in our region are manufacturing of Iron and Iron products from the weighted manufacturing sector groups. Hatay-Payas Organized Industrial Zone 1 km from Iskenderun Iron and Steel factories, TEM Highway and E-5 Highway 0 Km, T.C.D.D. The distance to the ports is 3 Km and the distance to the Ports is 2 Km.
