★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just stopped by for breakfast, which was excellent and had a brief tour around the hotel. Beautiful views to Meis and Kas bay. Rooms large and very clean with modern conveniences. Oh and breakfast was of a high standard. Turkish regulars like cheese, olives, fruit, nuts, honey etc. The omelettes were freshly prepared to order - delicious! Staff friendly and welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel and service, you get to experience the real Turkish Hospitality, breakfast is great, view is great, location is perfect, right on the city center but away from the noise. Beautiful neat rooms, feels safe to be there during COVID as they are very cautious. Wish I could have stayed longer, will hopefully come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, roomy accommodations for the price! The room was bright and airy and quite modern. But, the best part of our stay was the interaction with the staff. Super friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our time at Payam Hotel. Oh, the view from the pool area was fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff. The property is very new and very clean. The rooms are very comfortable. I've stayed here twice already. If in Kas I will stay here for sure. Location is about 10 min max walking to city center. Prices are very reasonable for the location and cleanliness. The pool is small, but the beach is a few minute away walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything about the hotel is excellent. From the first minute on arrival at the reception nothing was to much trouble. Every member of staff were so polite and helpful.
The room was so clean and comfortable. The breakfast facilities were superb and what a setting to eat it.
This has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Many thanks to everyone at the hotel.
