Geçenlerde ilçe nüfus müdürlüğünden bilgi istedim ama karşıdaki memur kraldan daha kral kesilerek; ne bilgisi, sen kimsin, nasıl telefondan bilgi istersin gibi hiç te nazik olmayan kaba saba bir eda ile bilgi vermeyeceğini bildirdi. Ben neye uğradığımı şaşırdım biraz duraksadım sonra kendi kendime düşündüm. Karşıdaki kişi insan görünümlü bir yaratık onun seviyesine düşmeye değmez deyip yaşadığım gölcük ilçe nüfus müdürlüğüne gittim ve gereken bilgiyi aldım. Ey Patnos un mülki amirleri; Kurumlarda çalışan yerli memurların biraz daha nazik, kibar, insan ilişkileri iyi olan personellerden seçilsin yoksa ilçe olarak hepimiz kaybederiz.
