Hoş bir durum değil ama yerli personel türlü senaryolarla bizi öcü gibi gösteriyor dilediklerini söylesinler bizi enterese etmez amaçları her anlamda menfi çıkar ve yerli halka algı yaratmak özellikle atanan bayansa çok dikkat etsin.
 Except for a few, the local staff think they are the owner of the hospital ? the assigned foreign staff is not even aware that they are being used, we cannot recruit the appointed personnel as tenants only with the guidance of the local staff, as a matter of principle, we have to remove the assigned personnel from the apartment when the local staff tries to be busy. It is not a pleasant situation, but the local staff make us look like a bogeyman with various scenarios.
