★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well preserved ruins of a few different buildings. Some of the ruins are far enough apart that it's worth driving. Just a smattering of informational markers and explanation along the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has so much to offer. A lot of sceneries and historical value. Definitely a place to visit especially if you are nearby in Antalya or Fethiye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing #Patara. Many miss the lighthouse. I recommend you go and get on top to see. The place is huge and you can spend hours here by walking around. Better if have a car. Lots of excavation and construction work going on. But they have done an amazing job putting a lot of it back together. Very nice place to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting enough set of ruins on the way to a popular beach. Can be over run with tourists if a bus comes in. Very hot in summer with no shelter and limited facilities. No toilets when we were there. They are in the process of restoring some parts which is always a bit controversial. Should they rebuild the bits that are missing or leave as ruins?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mixture of restored buildings and untouched ruins between the town of Gelemis and the beach. Fortunately it was pretty empty the day that we were there and it was just perfect. If this was in the UK it would cost a fortune to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The protected UNESCO World Heritage site of Patra consists of a couple of theaters (one has recently been completely renovated), arcs and several ancient graves and basilica structures spread over a large area. Worthwhile to visit while in the region.
