★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 adet yaş pasta siparişi için aradım. Web sayfasında yer alan 30 TL lik pastaların sadece reklam için sayfada olduğunu, sipariş ile gönderilemeyeceğini söyleyerek sadece orta boy ve üzeri sipariş alabileceklerini söylediler.
Eğer 30 TL olan pasta sadece reklam için web sayfasında duruyor ise bu tüketiciyi kandırmak oluyor.

Az kalsın kriz çıkıyordu : ) Diğer pastanelerde daha küçük pastayı şeker hamuruyla isteğiniz gibi dekore ettirebilecekken burada en az 10 kişilik pastaya yapıyorlar. Üstelik isim krizi de hiç hoş olmadı. Pasta kalitesi güzel ancak bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim.
I ordered a birthday cake. They spelled the name of your engagement wrong. Almost there was a crisis:) While other bakeries can decorate smaller cake with sugar dough as you wish, here they make it for a cake for at least 10 people. Moreover, the name crisis was not pleasant. The cake quality is good, but I will not choose it again.

Ben içerideyken muhtemelen devamlı gelen bir müşterisi küçük pasta kalmadığını öğrenince orta boy pastaların fiyatını sordu. Tezgahın arkasındaki bay arkadaş kulağına eğilerek 39 TL olduğunu söyledi. Aynı boy pastadan bende alarak kasaya gittim. Bariz duyduğum fiyatın dışında bir fiyat söylemeyeceklerinden emin bir şekilde pastanın fiyatını sordum. Aynı bay arkadaş 49,5 TL dedi. Ödedim ve aldım pastayı eve eli boş gitmemek için. Fakat bu iş ahlakını herkesin bilmesi için abartısız bire bir yaşadığım olayı paylaşmak istedim. Bir daha ne girerim ne tavsiye ederim. Sürekli müşteri değilseniz yüksek fiyat ödemeniz garanti. Daha kurumsal işletmeleri tercih ediniz bence. En azından kazık yemiş hissine kapılmazsınız.
