A nice non-crowded pub. Kıtır on the top is very crowded. I don't know why this place is not popular but what caught my attention is there is no good signage at the top of the entrance staircase, no menu list at the entrance, no distinctive uniform of the staff. These are remarkable.

Passkal bar is in the first building at the entrance to Tunalıhilmi of Kuğulu Park. The layout is located downstairs between the laboratory and the crunchy bar. It has a long and wide garden and a large enclosed space parallel to it and has a bar both inside and out. The decoration is made of natural materials such as wood and soft light. This is supported by jazz and rock music. Most of all the bartender and waiters were friendly and friendly. That's gonna make us a regular. Meanwhile, in Ankara in recent years there is a serious race to open bar - cafe. Although the number of shopping malls like to be folded in a very short time and competition is formed in all of the accounts, still at reasonable levels. One of the main reasons may be the continuous increase in drink prices in the country and the increase in interest in bars and cafes without decreasing. If the places were not crowded on Saturday evening, I would never have preferred it. The steak salad consists of frozen hamburger meatball slices that are mistaken for steak, and the waiters scolding when they ask for soda and then ask for lemon in it, that they should have said soda and lemon from the beginning. Not to mention the late service. The sullen waiters, the effect of saturation with the customer, etc. I wouldn't recommend stopping by unless you have to.

First of all, I sincerely congratulate the Passkal business for hiring a Vegan chef and putting Vegan options on their menu. And the cook is great, his hand is delicious, fast. Once we got together, our feet got used to it. The place is very nice and warm. I wish a Pub like this was the only place in Ankara if it was all vegan. I'm sure there will always be more ethical transformations in the rapidly transforming and developing world.
