★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bitliste dinlenmek ve keyifli vakit gecirmek icin guzel ve serin bir yer. Husrev Pasa Konagi olan yer cafe ve restoran olarak hizmet vermekte. Ozellikle yaz sicaginda super. En onemlisi isletmecisi dost canlisi, samimi ve guleryuzlu.
It is a nice and cool place to rest and enjoy your time in Bitlis. Husrev Pasa Mansion serves as a cafe and restaurant. Especially in the summer heat it is super. Most importantly, the operator is friendly, sincere and smiling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serpme kahvaltısında ağıza atınca eriyen unla karışık peynir tozu gibi bir tulum peyniri, kenarları kurumuş çeçil ve kaşar, ketçapla Jalepenoyu karıştırıp acı sos diye koymuşlar tek iyi şey hazır patates kullanamadıkları için çıtır ve sıcaktı gelmesiydi. Parasını 4 kişi gittik Türk kahvesi dahil ve 140 tl ödendi. Misafirlerimizi götürmeyin, çalışanlar hizmet konusunda yetersiz, masayı silecekleri bezi küfrederek suda çiteliyordu.
At the spread breakfast, they mixed a tulum cheese like cheese powder mixed with melted flour, dried cheddar and cheddar, mixed ketchup and jalapeno and put it as hot sauce. The only good thing was that it was crispy and hot because they couldn't use instant potatoes. We went for 4 people, including Turkish coffee and paid 140 TL. Don't take our guests away, the employees were inadequate in terms of service, the cloth they were going to wipe the table was cursing in the water.

The restaurant is an created from old celllars so the ceiling was high the result it was very cold as there was no heating we eat our meals with our coats still on.!!
Food average, soup to start then a main meal of beef rice and onions which was cold.
The band was good and played lively Turkish music.
This restaurant doesn't serve alcohol it had to send someone out to get wine and a Efes beer.
