★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır. Kızımın ilk doğum gününde bunların yüzünden hüsran yaşadım. "İYİ Kİ DOĞDUN" yazılı folyo balonlar aldım ancak içindeki 3 adet - İ- harfi eksik çıktı. Ertesi gün 30 km yol katederek dükkana tekrar uğrayıp eksik çıktığını söyledim fakat oralı bile olmadıkları için lafı uzatmadan yenisini ücreti mukabilinde satın aldım. Bir gün önce 15 tl ye aldığım balonları bu defa 30 liraya sattılar. Umarım insanlar bu yorumumu okur da benim gibi mağdur olmazlar. İşletme sahibi ise sanıyorum daha özenli olacaktır.
 Zero customer satisfaction. I was disappointed because of these on my daughter's first birthday. I bought foil balloons with the inscription "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" but the 3 letters - I- inside were missing. The next day, after traveling 30 km, I stopped by the shop again and said it was missing, but since they weren't even there, I bought a new one without further ado. They sold the balloons that I bought for 15 TL the day before, for 30 TL this time. I hope people read this comment and not be victimized like me. I think the owner of the business will be more attentive.
