I do not recommend you to rent a car from under-stairs places, keep away from helix pars rental, they say that there is no basket and when you come to deliver the car, they are knitting a world of socks.

It is the best place for you to stay on top of a defect you did not make. I would prefer if you want to see rough people while looking so polite and delivering the car. By the way, I do not go without writing under the stairs ..;)
