We stayed for 2 days in a clean hotel in an easily accessible point due to its location, and its employees are attentive and polite in terms of cleaning. In general, we left satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yılbaşı itibari ile 4 kez konakladığı en az konaklamam 4 gün oldu Nisan ayında tekrar rezervasyon yapıp geldim. Ancak resepsiyon sürekli para para para dediğinden ilk gün ödeme yaptım mart ayı gelmeden 30 gün geçmesine rağmen rezerve de ücret artışı olduğu söylemeden fazla ücret çekti zam geldi cevabı. Aynı gün iş sebebiyle ayrıldım. Ertesi gün otel değiştirdim.
Odalar güzel, otel e değer verilmiş. Ancak firma çalışanın da sorumlulukları olduğu unutulmamalı. Elveda Parlak otel.
As of New Year's, I stayed 4 times and my minimum stay was 4 days. I made a reservation and came back in April. However, since the reception constantly said money was money, I paid on the first day, although 30 days had passed before the month of March, they charged more for the reservation without saying that there was a fee increase. I left the same day for work reasons. I changed hotel the next day.
The rooms are nice, the hotel is valued. However, it should not be forgotten that the employee of the company also has responsibilities. Goodbye Brilliant hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So normally when I work me and my dad stay in the same room so he told me we can't get a room with 2 beds so we said I will take a room with one bed he agreed and we payed my dad drove his friend home then came back and he stopped him in the reception saying he can't stay with me in the same room before he said it was OK now after we paid he wanted us to get 2 separat room what is this every were it's OK but in his eyes it's not hafter we paid reminding you he wanted to charge us 300 I can stay in a Hilton for that price
