The site, surrounded by forest on three sides, consists of 8 buildings and 16 separate residences. Seated people are homeowners and they are all distinguished and gentle people. It is close to the city and away from the noise of the city.

The building is a nice place but the location is a bit bad as the nearest buffet is 2 km away from TA but the result is a nice place
