★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr tolles Wohnen, auch wenn etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum hat man hier alles. Tasdelen war bis vor einiger Zeitein kleines Dorf bei Istanbul gehört aber nun zur Stadt Istanbul und liegt relativ ruhig am Stadtrand
Very great living, even if a little outside of the city center you have everything here. Tasdelen was a small village near Istanbul until some time ago, but now belongs to the city of Istanbul and is relatively quiet on the outskirts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her yönüyle mükemmel bir site. Özürlü kardeşlerim için rampa asansör var. Güvenlikte ki arkadaşlar saygılı ve güler yüzlü. Diğer çalışanların hakkını yememek lazım. Onlarda güvenlikten geri kalmazlar. Sitenin ana giriş kapısının hemen karşısında ilkokul, diğer kapısının önünde otobüs durağı var. Sağlık ocağı yakın. Otobüs durağının yanında bim az ileride Hakmar. Bir 50m sonrası migros. Karşısında Halk Bankası yanında Kuveyt Türk onun yanında Vakıf bank. 100m sonra PTT. 100m sonra kardiyum alışveriş merkezi. Valla yeter yoruldum gel gerisini kendin gör. Hadi bide lunapark daha bişi demiyorum
An excellent site in every way. There is a ramp elevator for my handicapped brothers. Friends in security are respectful and smiling. Other employees should not be dignified. They also do not fall short of security. There is a primary school right across the main entrance door of the site and a bus stop in front of the other door. Health center is close. Hakmar is right next to the bus stop a little further. A 50m post migros. Opposite it is Halk Bankası, next to Kuveyt Türk, next to it is Vakıf bank. PTT after 100m. Cardium mall after 100m. Well, I'm tired enough, come and see the rest for yourself. Come on, bidet amusement park, I'm not saying nothing more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sitenin özellikle üst girişinde yoğun bir güvenlik problemi var.Çoğu zaman üst girişinde güvenlik bulunmuyor.Siteden olmayan birisi,elini kolunu sallaya sallaya üst kapıdan gitip alttan çıkarak siteyi kestirme olarak kullanıyor.Kapı açık kalıyor ve isteyen girebiliyor.Bunun dışında sitenin konumu çok güzel.Taşdelen'in merkezinin biraz daha kenarında,sakin bir konumda ama her şey elaltında.Site çıkışında durak ve 4 tane market var.Her şeye ulaşabiliyorsunuz.100 metre yürüyünce Taşdelen'in içindesiniz,bankalar,marketler vs.Site içinde yoğun bir park problemi var.11 dönüm yere 9 blok yapılmış ve 250 daire var.Çekmiyor bu yükü.Arabalar yollarda.Yönetim bu konularda iyileştirme yapmaya çalışsa da kapasite yetersiz,olmuyor.Sosyal donatısı olmayan bir site.Bu sebeple çocuklar sürekli blok aralarında oynuyor,sitede çok ses var, mahalleden farksız.Daireler aileler için çok uygun,planları güzel ve ferah.Sitede iyi niyetli çalışmalar olsa da site olma gerekliliklerinin bir kısmı yapılamıyor gibi.Genel olarak güzel bir site.
