★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanest air in Ankara and very large green area (about 30 acres), high level security. Full equipped gym area and a huge swimming pool. Close to the ODTU forest and lake Eymir. Very elegant neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full of inconsiderate people, worst place I have lived since the Northeast of England in the 1980's. But if you enjoy the company of self entitled, rude and the most imbecilic levels of society I'd highly recommended this absolute dump. Also they are turning off all water to our building for 2 weeks in the middle of summer, genius! Beware the elevators, Turkish people love to wear too much aftershave, only place I'm actually thankful to wear a face mask. Only two tiny dog parks and people will sit there for 30min plus without any consideration for others. Seriously, I hate this place, can't wait to move out. I'd rather live in Afghanistan!
