I really enjoyed my accommodation in the hotel. It's located in the heart of Gazientap, the rooms are big and clean, not to mention the staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable and pleasant stay. Very clean room, well equipped. Great breakfast.

21. century but still bad internet, sorry terrible internet. Operating a coffie machine is more difficult than operating a space ship. For the first time i entered a reception and waited for somebody to come. Yes nobody was there and for minutes we had to wait. Minibar in the room is dirty and out of order. Very dissapointed.

I am staying for business purpose at this hotel and no missing requirement for me. Especially thanks to Mr.Salman and team during the breakfast time for hospitable and perfect service.

We had the best service here. They definitely showed attention to detail, doing many little things to set them apart from most other hotels. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were very good. Even with covid still around, they managed to serve the buffet in style. The hotel room itself was very nice. It was quite spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was bright, and the shower had good water pressure, and nice hot water that was easily controlled. The hotel was a little hard to find as it is located in the same building (but behind) the Hyundai dealership.

I am writing this review on behalf of 4 people including myself. I’ve had a wonderful experience here while on holiday it was so amazing to the point I came back the second time round. The area the hotel is located at is surrounded by other hotels however I came back due to the amazing customer service by an amazing guy called Ali who helped us and gave us the best experience possible. I definitely recommend you come and stay here and ask for Ali because you’ll get the best service l.

Lovely hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly, especially with the foreigners.Location is great for getting around the Zeugma museum minıtes away. So many food options with the bust high street around the but the hotel still feels quiet and away from too much noise. I loved reception boy His name Ali. Thank you for everything

One of the worst accommodation experiences I had so far. We were fooled by the Dedeman brand unfortunately, the cleaning services are incredibly bad, breakfast is standard, and the hotel employees are not capable of any type of problem solving. The sheets on our bed had large stains on it, the duvet was inside out and again had small stains. None of the tables or consoles were cleaned, they had stains on them. The room was even lacking toilet papers! After finding large stains on our sheet, we informed the reception and it took us 20 minutes and 2 phone calls to make them bring new sheets at 11 pm. The hotel doesnt have housekeeping overnight so we had to change all of the sheets by ourselves. The new sheets were again disgusting, had muddy/black stains on them but we had to deal with it. When we complaint about the hygiene during our checkout, the cleaning team and their manager had the audacity to tell us that the sheets were clean, but had permanent stains on them- this is not an excuse, every hotel- especially if it is expensive and a named brand, and if it has 4 stars- should be able to provide clean white sheets for all of its customers. By far the worst experience in Gaziantep- I wouldnt recommend it to anyone!!!
