★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is certainly not in walking distance of city center. So basic things like a convenience store or good restaurant is far. But what the hotel lacks in location it more than makes up in service. The food at the hotel was easily the best we had in Turkey. The staff of the hotel were very helpful in organising our travel plans for the next day. They visibly went out of their way to make arrangements. The hotel itself was well appointed, clean and business like. Great stay even though for one night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bathroom was dirty and had mold, spider net on ceiling. The shower door leaked the water,so almost slipped in the bathroom. I requested non smoking room, contacted the hotel before getting there. Receptionist had no idea about non smoking request. Instead they gave us twin beds room ( we are married couple). Breakfast was nice. Overall, bad customer service and rooms need to be upgraded.

Location is isolated (unless you can move by car).
Rooms are spacious, though they could benefit from some renovation.
Breakfast buffet is abundant, although not very first class.
Staff is helpful and professional.
Ideal for a short stays in the city or for group travels. 7

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid precautions are very good. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are wide. Located in a silent area if you choose forest side. AC was working properly. It is not far from city center as well. Not sure about public transport. It can be difficult to reach if you don't have a car. Breakfast is so so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İt was my second time in denizli, I stayed at the Anemon it wasn't such a good place. On my second visit, I stayed in Dedeman. I’ve been to many hotels but the Dedeman is better than other hotels. Why should you stay at Dedeman? Dedeman has very good service quality, clean, safe and peaceful. If you come to Denizli. Stay here. Thanks 4 all staff, especially 2 front office.
