The seats and furniture were old, the balcony was small, and the water was constantly dripping from the top or from the air conditioner motor. The plate was unusable from the fork and spoon to the teapot. That's why we had to clean it completely on the first day. The only good thing is that it is close to the sea and has internet access. I would recommend those going to go and check their rooms beforehand.

First of all, the location is very good, it is very close to the places we want to go, it is a place we prefer in terms of road and distance, although there were minor deficiencies in the room we stayed in, we did not have any problems during our stay, we did not have any problems during our stay. The business that said there was a mess on the first day we arrived and took us to another and very bad flat. The next day, we moved to our own apartment, which was better. Do not expect a hygienic house, it is considered clean but everything is very old and worn. Apart from that, it was close to the sea and the internet was good.

Let me list the pros and cons. Altinkum is very close to the beach. Walking distance is 3 minutes. Bed linens are clean. But the kitchen equipment was dirty and sloppy. We didn't use it, we bought our own kitchen supplies. If you take glasses, cutlery, spoons and pots with you, it's okay. There was air conditioning, but we didn't need to turn it on. Shower rack was broken. In short, if you bring your belongings, it is not bad if we consider the market in general terms. But it needs to evolve.

The location is beautiful, but we were afraid to sit on the seats with zero hygiene and step on the carpet... The kitchen materials are shabby, most of them are missing, and the ones are almost too dirty to be used anyway.. We asked the owner of the apartment for a vacuum cleaner, and it came after a few requests. There is a constant smell of licorice from the entrance, we stayed for 2 nights and that smell never went away. We took all the belongings to the 3rd floor from the stairs, because the elevator was faulty. The room was a separate grind.

Existing ones are also runways. We stayed 4 days. During this time, we could not use the air conditioner because it was faulty. We told about the fault, but Mr. Hakan and his team were not interested at all. They said we called a service, but our holiday is over, the service still hasn't come ?? There was no TV remote either. They couldn't even provide it. Even though we said it many times about service and control, they ignored it. When we checked out, I told Hakan that we were not satisfied with his services, and frankly, he didn't care much. It means that they don't care about the customer's peace and comfort. I definitely do not recommend. Finally, we asked them to send an item that we forgot in the apartment by courier. We called many times for 9 days and they kept stalling. In the end, unpleasant dialogues ensued. Even though it is very difficult, our trust has reached us.

In this respect, we would like to thank Mr. Alpcan and his team. It is 2 minutes away from Altinkum beach, so it is very close. Bed and linens were clean. The location is very close to shopping centers and markets. We didn't have any problems with the parking lot. Kitchen supplies were clean and complete. In short, an apartment where you can go with your family and friends without hesitation. We felt like at home. ?
