★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Хотел взять Авто на прокат из Отеля. Приехала машина на пол часа позже указного времени- начали заполнять документы попросили номер карты- положил на стол чтобы переписать- без спроса сделали фото Карты с 2-х сторон а так же cvn код!((- попросил удалить- сказали правила компании!- ок нет проблем я поменяю карту!- сходил за другой говорят мы Вам отказываем!(( полтора часа с детьми на ресепшене потраченного времени- полтора часа переговоров с Каким то Александром который специально ввёл не правильно срок действия Карты и понятное дело получив отказ из банка - так и не дали авто в прокат! В результате испорченое настроение и потрачено драгоценное время в отпуске!

((- I asked to delete, they said company rules! - ok no problem, I will change the card! - I went for another, they say we refuse you! ((one and a half hours with the children at the reception of the time spent, one and a half hours of negotiations with Someone Alexander, who specially entered the Card validity period incorrectly and, of course, received a refusal from the bank - so and didn’t give a car as a pro ! As a result spoiled the mood and spent precious time on vacation!
