★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and good option for a vacation with kids. Although not luxurious it is a very nice hotel, compact, with lots of green areas, pools and activities for kids. We also liked the evening shows very much. What could be better? Staff especially in main restaurant are not understading english and you need to point them what you need. This might be anoying but not a thing that would impede us to come again next year. Hopefully the self service will revert to old ways next year for a better, easier service experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 5 days in family select villa. Very clean and spacious. Was nice to have separate pool for villas. Very comfortable and easy access for a quick swim.
Resort isn't too big, but they have enough activities on site. Very family and kids orientated. I think 3 days would be more than enough. All was good except for the food quality. Not sure if covid rules affect, but the food was tasteless and sometimes cold. Kids had a hard time finding something good to eat. That's my only complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly one of the best vacations in a long time everything was so perfect! Especially for those with young children it has anything you could need for them which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff there were so welcoming and friendly, food variety was very good, beach is lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positif: very clean and inviting hotel, working Stuff is very kind and friendly ( special thanks for the hospitality of AINARA from the guest relation departement and for Nesrins charming service in the restaurant )
Negative: the food could have been more diverse. Turkish dishes were missing. Kids animation was a disapointment. It was done with half heart and the girl who did the animation was very lazy and non communicative. In other hotels the Animators talk to the parents and gave them the program of the day.
We highly recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and polite staff. Clean and tidy territory around the hotel. Cannot say more, because 5* from individual experience might be much better. Also rooms require option only with king size bed and single bed only , for family or company there’s the one who’ll suffer on smaller bed and they have no option as a two big beds in rooms at all.
