★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A local delicacy of Eskişehir. Was introduced by a native and it did not disappoint. Served freshly fried, the Çiğbörek was light, fluffy, and most importantly, tasty. The flour and the meat do not overpower each other but complements into this warm, greasy delight. A must-go if visiting Eskişehir.
