I heard about her for the first time when a friend of mine showed her her short CV and professional information on the web page of Ms. Seda and asked for my opinion. When I read that he graduated from Galatasaray High School and specialization from METU, I was intrigued. Since he graduated from Galatasaray High School and chose psychology instead of a university and department with a much higher score, I thought that he loves this profession very much. A good profile was formed in my mind when his special interest in children and a book on the subject were added. I gave positive feedback to my friend. I also decided to go myself. Although I believe that I know myself well, he helped me to provide two important awareness thanks to the question he asked to my two blind spots in the first session. Another thing that caught my attention in the first sessions was that he did not miss eye contact with me even while taking notes. It should be taken into account that many therapies take between 1-4 years and that weekly consultations are required (of course, it may vary depending on the person and situation). It is important not only the skill of the therapist, but also the patient's patience and the desire and determination for change and development.
