A company that doesn't keep their word and incompetent

Stay away. They do not stand in any way they give. They'll also send their goods at the latest 1 week delivery within 15 days. Despite my calls, they keep it busy. They sent 4 pieces of goods in 3 times, I had to clean at home every time. Failures can be opened, but at least made a phone statement, he does. I made a huge mistake here and bought 4 pieces of goods. I made the cash on the same day. They sent 3 of the products they promised to deliver within one week, separately in 3 trips within 20 days. They did not send an item and said that it was not in stock 20 days later. They offered to offer another model that was very different from what I received as a solution. I did not accept and asked for a refund. In this process, there is no explanation, calling and reporting that it will be delayed. Every time I called and asked with my own effort, they lingered. After taking the money once, they don't care about your grievances, anger, sadness, etc. I waited for 20 days in vain for a product that you can normally buy in a day and I could not get it as a result. When I called Arçelik customer service, they did not help either.

We have done a lot of shopping from Arçelik before, but this is the first time we have encountered such a bad branch. They promised to bring the products in one go within 15-20 days, but they were able to bring them piece by piece in about 3 months. I'm tired of constantly calling or going to the branch and asking if the product hasn't arrived. They do it this way and lose customers. I don't recommend it to anyone who asks around or where I work.
