Günümüzde harap halde olmasına rağmen kullanılmaktadır. Yapının giriş cephesi ile pahlı yüzeyin köşelerinde tamamen kesme taş, diğer cephelerde kaba yonu taş ve moloz taşlar kullanılmıştır. Handa kayda değer bir süsleme yoktur. Günümüzde Pamuk Hanı veya Kapan Hanı olarak bilinen han tarihi kaynaklarda Penbe Han olarak adlandırılmaktadır.
The exact date of the construction cannot be dated; it is thought to have been built at the end of the 14th century or at the beginning of the 15th century. Although it is in ruins, it is used today. The entrance façade of the building was completely cut stone at the corners of the bevelled surface, and rough stone and rubble stones were used on the other façades. There is no significant ornament in the inn. The inn, known as Pamuk Han or Kapan Han, is called Penbe Han in historical sources.
