Pamuk City Hotel

Me and my family stayed two nights in it, the hotel is clean and everything was great although the bath tub was a little dirty and need some maintenance, we enjoyed our staying, the room view is amazing next to the mosque, the laundry service prices are expensive and negotiable.

Stayed here for one night and everything was perfect. Owner and staff were very kind and welcoming, showed me a spot to park my motorcycle and offered me lots of cay :) I stayed in the economy room, which was very affordable (70tl), partly because it didn't have a window. The staff made sure to emphasize that at the check-in so I knew exactly what I was booking, and for me that was fine.

The hotel is ok for 1 or 2 nights but not for a long stay. The rooms are small and not very clean (shower). There is breakfast but really not of a good quality. The people of the hotel are speaking only turkish and some arabic, so it is very difficult for a non turkish speaker. The location though is perfect, in the city center next to all the lovely sites to visit. The room was really noisy, like if the window wouldn‘t exist, difficult with a baby.

We made a reservation on the internet for two rooms based on the details and photos we saw on the site but the actual rooms were so different from what we expected. Besides the small size of the rooms, it was very hot, no working conditioner to reduce the heat and the light was too faint. The free breakfast was so simple and unlike other hotels, I stayed in the egg omelet was a paid addition. I hope they do their best to fix and improve their services.

Very helpful staff. Nice location in the city center. Disliked · The biggest problem was the parking - we needed to park maybe 400 meters away from the hotel because they don't have a private parking there. We were 2 adults and 2 children and every day we needed to ask for 4 towels instead of the present 2 towels.

Rooms without Windows. Staff barely interested, just doing bare minimum. AC didn't work. Only good thing was location. Good for 1 night stay for cheap money and nothing else

Central location. İdeal for exploring Gaziantep by foot. Parking is free at the Vakiflar otopark (5+ minutes walk away). Coupon given by hotel. İf you are taking the havas bus from the airport, the bus stops at a big hospital abt 10 mins walk away. Room is ok. Took quad room. Bed ok but blanket is very thin. Not to worry as the heating is adequate that you can warm up the room enough to not miss a thick blanket. Only one towel in the room when we checked in but a call to reception and they quickly brought extra towels Toilet decent. Hot water readily available. The noise from outside is a big issue though. Perhaps the hotel could invest on double glazing during the next round of upgrade. Couldnt sleep the second night due to people shouting outside. The room was not cleaned during our stay. İ think that is basic service even for a 2 star hotel. Decent hotel for the price but i wouldn't recommend stay of more than 2 nights. And bring earplugs. P/s: booked via agoda but hotel requested extra 9 euro per night upon arrival. Was not a dealbreaker for us during that time

Room are okay for one person. Warm enough for this cold season. And it's walking distance to all tourist spot like Gaziantep castle.. Çarsı (bazaar) etc.. But I dislike the way of housekeeping that they dont clean the room in my 3 nights stay.. And I was not around there all day time..... Thanks and god blessed everyone
