It was ok but needs more entrainment and bedsheets need to be changed everyday

No WIFI, old rooms, and the same food every day.

IsBasic hotel with basic needs...food is buffet style ...for the price is ok...the pool area is lovely and the staff really helpful

(Palmiye hotel) ? the rooms was so dirty ? the food was the same food day in day out for 2 weeks I'm sure they own a turkey farm they even put chicken nuggets out for breakfast ? the staff just everything was NOT GOOD ? the staff cart speak English u have 2 draw them pictures 2 understand ? if I was offered 2 come here free of charge I wud tell them 2 ram it wer the sun don't shine

A basic hotel cleanliness lacking in fact you have to ask to have room cleaned small bar ok small restaurant next door is adequate apart from being very cheep there is no other reason to stay here, Far better places to stay in and around Side.

Just returned from a fantastic week. Basic accommodation, just what we needed. Lovely place and brilliant staff. Food great. Location great. Thank you Mehmet and everyone else. Will certainly go back!

Arrived two days ago, am loving the Turkish hospitality, absolutely no complaints or problems, two weeks half board including flights for £205. Food is good, room is a twin, sole occupancy with balcony. Pool, hairdryer, clean linen, comfortable bed good air conditioning in room. Tv took some figuring out but English news stations are there. Highly recommend if on a budget holiday . Staff very helpful and friendly .

Please avoid this hotel. It has no stars and no service at all. Management is awful. They have machination scheme where they accomodate people who bought separate rooms with unknown people and by this they save one night stay and put this money into their pockets. Hotel is very dirty. No uniform, people who prepare food and give food have no gloves. Table cloths are dirty as well as dishes and glasses. Nothing to drink at all in the morning-just powder color juices, coffee products and not tasty tea. There is no water for drinking at all in the whole hotel. My son had several times diarrhee because of the poor quality of food-here food is the cheapest Bed linen is with holes in it. Water is not stable-either hot or cold. Hotel management is totally unfriendly, they all are hostile and malicious. Not any smile on their faces. They do not respect guests at all. People who serve food will give you just a spoon of food for dinner and you need to stay in the largest queue. You almost need to run for food at 7.30pm because if you are late, you will find empty plates. Such hotels with poor service have no right to exist. I hope it will be inspected by relevant authorities and closed.
