Buna rağmen Yenimahalle belediyesi hudutları içerisinde yer alıyor. 6 blok, yaklaşık 250 dairesi olan, üç adet site sorumlusu ve 24 saat faal durumda bir güvenliği de mevcut. Site daha önceleri bir kooperatif şeklinde inşa edilmiş. Her kooperatifte olduğu gibi burada da yapım belli bir aşamada bekletilmiş ve hukuki süreç işlemiş. Daha sonraları mülk sahipleri tarafından devralınmış ve şimdiki haline getirilmiş. Site içerisinde çocuklar için oyun parkı, kapalı basketbol ve halı saha bulunuyor. Otopark alanları her ne kadar geniş de olsa bazen tüm kapasitenin dolduğu durumlar da oluyor. Bu bölgede yer alan diğer sitelere göre fiyatı daha makul. 2021 itibariyle 400 - 500 bin TL civarında. Kirada ise evin yapılı durumuna göre 1250 - 2000 TL arasında değişiyor. 2021 yılı için aidatı 250 TL olarak belirlenen bu site bir konuttan beklenen çoğu beklentileri karşılıyor. Elbette ki beklenti düzeyi sosyo-ekolomik ve kişisel beğeni düzeyine göre değişebiliyor. Yine de gideri var.
