Palm Wings Beach Resort & Spa Kusadasi

We visited a hotel and we spent remarkable days with animation team, all of animators are very friendly and pleasant. Also we want to thank Moana for cool makeups and spending time with her.

Poor service. Waited 15 minutes for bellboy during check-in. Limited parking lot. Wavy sea shore. Nothing around the hotel, all apartments. Poor roads and transport. Boring foods. No market inside. Crowded. Gracious young staff. They are working hard.

we visited that hotel, and recommended you. here are pleasant animation team, there are shows every evening. also we are impressed because of different activities every day.

I like the room especially the beds! But not everything is perfect. The beach in front of the hotel is not so better.Please the owner must has attention for the next year and ask the authorities to give more space. The umbrellas are put in such way that there is no space between the guests to the hotel. Moreover there must be something on the sbed on the beach. They are hard and no possible to lay on them.They must put something on them to be comfortable staying at the beach

Very nice hotel. The food is great! The staff is very polite. The beach is super and the spa center is on high level.

The hotel is good but two things have to be improved the showers in rooms are dirty. Please find attached and food is very poor with choice on breakfast the best is late dinner. I can add also my deckchairs were dirty too.

If you don't care much about how the room is kept if you are not a coffee lover then no problem however the hotel being described as a 5 star facility definitely does not live up to its rating. Rooms are not kept up to the mark. One day the towels are missing , another day there are no garbage bags, coffee sachets not available . Housekeeping manager definitely needs to monitor more closely and make sure that the housekeeping staff has everything they need to prepare a room. Cafe De Bon Coffee dispensing machines are a total waste of investment as the coffee (cappuccino) is the worst ever . The only place in the hotel where the guest can find half decent coffee is at the lobby bar but not all personnel know how to use the manual coffee machine and are just dependent on the automatic coffee machine which obviously is not a great impression.
