Palm Wings Beach Resort

We were a party of 10 adults and 3 children, we stayed June 13th -27th and could find absolutely nothing negative about the resort. The place was spotless, the staff were friendly and the food was constant. The pool was stunning and the animation team were absolutely wonderful with the children. Big shout out to Jesse ( bingo ?) and max for being so entertaining and friendly. I would recommend this resort 100%. My grandson was taken ill and the medical team were fantastic, they even supplied transport for him to be taken to hospital 40 miles away. The rooms were cleaned every single day, the gardens were taken care of every single day, and nothing was too much trouble. It has a little shopping centre and each morning your greeted with a smile and no pressure to shop. They have weekly bingo and the prizes were great. Even though we were there 2 weeks the entertainment was different every night and despite visiting Turkey 7 times, it was the best entertainment by far. Highly recommended ?

Palm wings is brilliant, I'm actually here now! Great food as it shows on the pictures, so much to choose from at all meal times. Great service, the staff are very helpful! The pool and slides are good,the kids and myself enjoyed ourselves a lot! Everything is tidy and clean and it's such a nice place. I highly recommend the place gets 5 stars from me!!!

All is all me and my family had a really nice two week holiday. We stayed in one of the bungalows only a few minutes walk to the main complex and the pool. The bungalow we stayed in was nice it had a fridge and safe and there was enough room for my family. This is the first hotel in a while that there was never an issue with hot water in the shower and the water pressure was very strong. The pool is really good and it never appeared to get too crowded. We never had any problems getting sun beds or parasols. The staff work really hard and are all really friendly. You never go hungry at this hotel as there is food on offer most of the time, the only issue we had was that it was very repetitive even for an all inclusive. My wife and son both used the spar and said it was very good better then then spar that Thompson use as one of their trips. While we were here we also ate at Gusto's (see separate review) twice which was really good food. Billy who works at the spar owns Gusto's with his brother and he arranged a free lift to and from the hotel. All in all a very chilled out holiday.

Great resort I’d suggest upgrading to the bungalows if you have mobility issues we were a family with 2 kids and 2 adults one with walking sticks the staff helps with getting us buggy lifts from main hotel to restaurants but it isn’t practical for a week, we had a good stay can’t fault the team at the kids club they do there best to make sure the kids are happy there, moana and albina were great, hardworking and my kids really enjoyed being around them in the kids club. There are 2 pools one adult only which is quiet although we didn’t use it everyone looked happy there. The main pool was large with lots of sun beds available, the restaurant food was good the average all inclusive, there was a great range of food though with vegetarian and meat options, the entertainment was great every night kids disco then a different show every night fire show was amazing. Would recommend, the sea is a short walk down some steps but is on site which is handy there is a cafe there which has drinks and some sandwiches although not much but something to save you going up to the main restaurant. Overall good experience and rooms cleaned most days. There’s also a shop you can buy essentials and a spa I had my nails and braids in my hair done for a decent price and the lady was lovely.

This hotel has it all. The staff are so helpful and friendly. They carry your luggage right to your room when you check in. They have buggies running all day and night if you want a lift anywhere on the complex because it is a big place. The food is excellent. They cater for every need and likes. Going to the Italian place was the highlight of the week for food. We had pizza for kids and we had steak. They made us feel like royalty. The animation team work hard all day and night. They have loads of things on in the day like pool activities to football and exercise classes. We never had a problem with sun beds there was plenty. The pool is spotless. Kids loved the slides and swimming all day. There is bars all over so is easy to get a drink and a snacks. The beach is a little small but again is spotless and has a big pier to sunbath on. Take your snorkal because you can see loads of fish. The night shows are so good and are a great mix every night. Can't recommend this place highly enough, it really is amazing and if your going you have nothing to worry about.

My stay was great. The pool was refreshing and the beach was brilliant. Mr Jessie from the entertainment was definitely my favourite. My bad points were that there wasn't much of a choice for the kids which are particularly picky eaters. Most the kids lived on nuggets and chips for the whole week. My other bad point is that the staff never seem to be happy. I have seen 2 happy staff during the whole of my stay.

The rooms are quiet and air-conditioned. They are cleaned daily. Food is plentiful and varied. The staff is courteous and friendly. The animation team is very good and doesn't leave you bored. For lovers of quiet holidays there is a relax pool with a quiet area. Congratulations for the team that makes the complex an oasis in which it is a pleasure to rest.

Super poor head manager who cares only about making profit while he hires and is very happy to retain despicable and low moral employee even after residents complained to him. Mr. Head manager, your attitude is as deplorable as the disgusting employee you hired and retained. I will post a detailed review of how this so called head manager has been exposing women and children to his dear distorted mind employee.
