★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cigeri güzel, sade kiyma çok güzel, mezeler harika. Ozellikle soğan ezmeli olan mezeyi yemeden Urfa'dan dönmeyin.
Fiyatlari normal, garsonlar ve sahibi gayet ilgililerdi
 Cigeri is good, ground beef is very good, appetizers are great. Do not return from Urfa without eating the appetizer with onion paste.
Prices are normal, waiters and owner were very interested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciğer ve Urfa kebabını denedim. Sonra dedim ki daha önce niye başka yere gittim! Gerçekten çok beğendim. Yanında gelen salata meze vb de çok iyiydi. Ama o acı soslu ve soğanlı şey her neyse acayip güzeldi, tadı damağımda kaldı. Her ürünün bakır kapta sunulması da güzel bir uygulama. Urfa'ya tekrar gidince ilk adresimdir
I tried liver and Urfa kebab. Then I said why did I go to another place before! I really liked it. The accompanying salad appetizers etc were also very good. But whatever that hot sauce and onion thing was, it was amazingly good, the taste remained in my mouth. It is also a good practice that each product is presented in a copper container. It is my first address when I go to Urfa again.

Update: My previous review is an understatement of every service they offer. After our first visit we decided to come back for a second time, then third, and lastly for the forth time. We would’ve continued eating here but it was time for us to leave the city. Paflar Ciger will be my go to place on my next visit again. Their customer service and food is truly exceptional. It was a delightful experience. I recommend…give yourself time to taste all their dishes. Big thanks for the hospitality from the owner and the staff!
