We were promised an English speaking tour guide and vegetarian food and we were given neither! Also the attitude of our non-english speaking guide didn't help. Think twice before booking!

Absolute shark who diddled us out of € 200 and broke my 7 year old daughter's heart. . . . . . Please DO NOT use this company. go through your hotel. This man makes all the promises but nothing comes of them, to say I'm angry is an understatement ?. And if you read this you dispicable man iv reported you to each and every hotel in the area and the police

DON'T USE this company!!!!! Booked a trip to Capadocia, and because I have booked a balloon flight with another company than they used, which is not included in the trip by the way. They drop me off in cappadocia and told me I couldn't stay, in the hotel if I didn't cancel my balloon trip, and I also had to find my own way home from Cappadocia to Side. I was chocked. The Balloon company were I had booked the flight (Butterfly Balloons/Heritage Travel in Göreme) took care of me, hotel, guided tour and everything. Best trip ever, and they were so nice. 5 stars to Heritage travel and 0 stars to Pacho tours.

I was on a trip to Cappadocia in August 2017 organized by PACHO TOUR. My pilot was Viola, a woman who has not only knowledge but a sense of humor. She enthusiastically showed us "her" Cappadocia. She could integrate the group, no one felt foreign. The whole trip was interrupted by profession, I was punctually picked up from the hotel, at every stage of the journey I had the right information, I felt caring. The overnight stay was at Hotel Kral, where there is a family atmosphere. The food was good, there was an open buffet, and the second day we ate regional food in the city of Konya. Very tasty. I recommend every trip with PACHO TOUR

If like us, you are considering a trip to Pamukkale as well as the Salda Lake think twice before booking a trip with this company. We have traveled the world and used many travel agencies but this one is by far the worst we have ever experienced! 1. We were promised an English speaking guide and to our surprise there wasn't one! Big oopsie indeed. 3 guides in the bus, none of whom spoke English. Imagine the bus stopping, everyone knows what's going on and you just sit there and have to gesticulate every single time to ask what is going on. 2. One way trip took 11 hours! Google shows 4.5 hours by car so it was a big waste of time, there were so many stops we lost count. 3. They decided to add a trip to a vineyard to the agenda which was in the middle of a highway which took 2 hours in total from our trip. As a result we got to Salda Lake when the sun had already gone down and we couldn't see anything - we were the only bus there. 4. The vineyard incident also included the guides forcing us to buy something for 45 minutes straight half-jokingly saying that if we don't buy a wine there wont be a trip to Salda Lake. 5. This was supposed to be an "Express Tour with no shopping" - looks like the person behind this statement is aspiring to become a stand-up comedian, shame it resembles a tragedy rather than a comedy. 6. The driver continuously broke every possible safety rule we could think of. Thankfully, we have all relevant confirmations on Whatsapp and we are going through the entire complaint procedure - all English-speaking participants share our views - I will let everyone know the outcome of the escalation here.
