When you go to see the dormitory and visit the dormitory, it makes you very beautiful and extraordinary (!) Promises, but offers you only cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese at breakfast every morning and waiting for you to be grateful, only boiled eggs at breakfast, chocolate and jam types that should be daily It is a terrible dormitory that makes excuses in this cold of Ankara that still does not turn on the heaters, dinners are rarely eaten, and whenever a complaint is made, it silences you with excuses. I don't think they have the slightest idea about the dormitory business. Even 1 star is too much for you. A management that does not want to write to us when we do not want to write to its staff that they make comments as if they are students registered in the dormitory, block the way of students, force them to enroll in the next year and write that they are satisfied with everything. We eat fries, börek, menemen-style, and here, salami is served alongside breakfast, as if it were a pastry or french fries. Let's come to dinner, we don't eat "FEST FOOD" every day. I have not seen a person who is satisfied with the food. In this dormitory, either your soup is like water or your rice is a salt bun. Once a month, they make a dessert for 70 people and serve it for 10 people, which is not enough for anyone. The fruits they put in front of us cannot be eaten. I didn't see it in the dormitory with short sleeves. Who can travel with short sleeves in this weather? I wish the lies you told were believable :) The 4 floors of the 20-floor dormitory are full, maybe they put 3 laundry items on 4 floors and you can't hang broken laundry because there is no place to hang it in the basket when you wash it. We buy the washing machine detergent ourselves, the dinner is not worth the money you pay for dinner. Even the water we get from the water dispenser, we get 1 glass without seeing the management, we can't even get water when it is the person in management. Regarding cleaning, the sheets are filthy with dust, hair, etc. They want you to throw the linens that you take out during the change of sheets on the floor in front of the door, they take them from there, how hygienic can we expect them to be. One of the girls gets sick at night, as they promised, they go to the hospital because we don't have an infirmary, and neither the security nor the administration calls until the morning, the families are not informed, this is how our security:) You blame the students in this dormitory anyway, you don't inform the families, the students do it themselves. Don't get involved in people's rights, you are deceiving people here just to make money, you are trying to win students by making good comments, but either admit your mistakes or make an effort to correct your mistakes. You deceive people with empty promises, then when they want to leave the dormitory, they do not give their certificates, and on top of that, you fight with the parents and raise the dormitory. I don't understand what kind of conscience you have. I do not want to extend it further, they will throw down this comment with good comments, and they will be acquitted. The building is not solid in structure and the elevator is a big problem.

In our opinion, many people would not stay here if the deed was not made. There is no such thing as a security pattern or team. A single person supposedly ensures our security at night. As far as two or three people can see, he was even caught while sleeping. The human condition can sleep, but then something must be done about it. Another issue we would like to mention is breakfast and dinner. The routine things that come out at breakfast are only black olives, green olives, one kind of cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, stale bread, tea, and one kind of jam, sometimes saying variety, one every day; salami, pastries, eggs, other kinds of jam, cornflakes with diluted milk. and it's called "open buffet breakfast in the comfort of a 5-star hotel". Evening meals, you already pay an additional fee. Most of the time it doesn't even matter. Sometimes they even put the leftover vegetable meal in front of us. Twenty-five percent of the food is just good. If you wait months and years, it turns out sweet, that's pudding, that's juicy, and you get the taste of water. There is water in the carboy, but it is forbidden to fill bottles, so you have to pay for the water. There is no such thing as a doctor, health, infirmary service. Maybe they will really bring it next year, but we were told that it will come this year as well, and like most of the things they promised, this is not available. Sauna and steam room and fitness are really nice. Sauna and steam room only work on weekends, but that's okay. Nobody uses it anyway. According to what is written on the site, we are not affected by water and power cuts, but this is not true either. When the electricity is cut off, it is cut off here as well, even here when it is not cut elsewhere. Internet is not fiber. A perfect internet cannot be expected in dormitories, but this should not happen either. We wait for the night to watch movies, so that people can sleep. Again, it is written on the site that there are 50 washing machines and 50 dryers for our personal laundry, there are only thirty, let's say, forty here, there is only a washing machine and there is no separate dryer. washing machines have a drying feature, but they don't even dry properly anyway. You still pay an additional fee for laundry. they take money separately for each machine you open. "Hotel standard cleanliness." it is said, but what they call cleaning is to wipe only the study room of the 2+1 room with vileda and take the garbage. Let's not forget that three floors were deleted with the same vileda. There is no a la carte restaurant or cafeteria. Maybe it will open next year, but it was said that it will open this year. Even hot water goes out once in a while. The heaters were turned on too late. You are not even given a vileda if you want to clean the room yourself. It is said that we have to provide it ourselves. Only one vacuum cleaner is provided, and it is difficult to clean the room from its dirt. The other day, I had to remove a ball of hair with my hands, the machine was out of whack. They are already very poor quality. We ask for a hanger as there is no machine to dry our laundry. There are even three clothes hangers for a whole 80 people. We can't even find a trace of it most of the time. We hang clothes in closets. We make hangers by taking support from bookshelves and water pipes. Study rooms do exist, but they are cold. What they call the cinema and cinevision room are a few armchairs and television. Finally, when we want to go for our questions, we can't get any answer other than phrasing and babbling. Somehow, they suddenly come to the top, we go angry, we come back with understanding, but the problems are not even solved. We definitely do not recommend it. As friends, we wanted to hide even our name because of the reaction. I wish we'd thought twice before coming. We apologize.

I chose to stay in this dormitory because it provides high quality service and comfort, breakfast and dinner within the framework of the five-star hotel concept and its friendly service concept. Stating that I am very pleased, I have already registered to stay next year. It is not possible to find the interest shown by the hostel in other private dormitories. If you want a comfortable home environment, a reliable dormitory and prestigious service, you should definitely choose this dormitory.

The dormitory is actually beautiful, but its walls are crumbling a lot and the sound is heard a lot between the rooms. On the face of this, we have also argued.
