Yaptıkları işin kesinlikle arkasında değiller. Kendi döşedikleri hattın içinde kaçak çıktı, bunu söylediğimde bana kaçak giderici sıvı almamı ve servis ücretiyle yapacaklarını söylediler. Oysa, su vermek için geldiklerinde ustaları durumu anlayıp bana çaktırmamak için vanaları kapatmışlar.
Ben de bir makina mühendisi olarak bu tip firmaların piyasada iş yapmasından rahatsızım.
This company is one of the best examples of how anyone can do this job. Unfortunately, this firm made the boiler installation of the house I bought from the contractor. I do not remember how many times I called them to give water to the installation before connecting natural gas when I moved because I did not have a choice.
They are definitely not behind what they do. There was a leak in the line they laid, and when I said this, they told me to buy leak correcting liquid and they would do it with a service fee. However, when they came to give water, their masters understood the situation and closed the valves to prevent me from hitting it.
As a mechanical engineer, I am uncomfortable with such companies doing business in the market.
