★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kombim ariza verdi 3 gün boyunca sadece oyaladilar her gelen bakıp geri döndü. 3 günde arızayı tespit edemediler. Size hizmet vermeleri için resmen yalvarmaniz yada kufretmeniz gerekiyor. Kendi ekipleri arasında iletişimleri çok kötü. Arızayı onlara söylememe rağmen yanlarında parça getirip deneme zahmetinde bulunmadilar. Rabbim herkesi işi bilenlere denk getirsin bu kışta milletin evinde kaldık. Hala hizmet tamamlanmış değil, size tavsiyem iyi düşünün.
My boiler broke down. They just kept it busy for 3 days. Every visitor looked at it and came back. They could not detect the fault in 3 days. You have to formally beg or curse them to serve you. Communication between their teams is very bad. Even though I told them about the malfunction, they didn't bother to try and bring parts with them. Two days later, I called another service and said that the safety valve was broken and changed it to 300 TL and the bar stopped and does not drop anymore. They're just looking at their money
