★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir yatak odası aldık 3 yılda tamamlayamadılar en sonunda ikinci ele satıp yenisini almak zorunda kaldık. Zaten geldiği ilk günden beri ikinci el gibiydi başlık çatlak dolap tabanı çatlak sifonyer kapakları yamuk 3-5 ayda bir ugrayı bir yerini yapıp bir yerini birakiyorlardı bir sonraki gelişlerine o yaptıkları yerde bozulmuş oluyordu bu sekide 3 yıl uğraştık. Gerçekten lanet ettim böyle bir rezillik olamaz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Özüer mobilyadan koltuk takımı aldım.Alırken 2 sene garantilidir dediler,koltukların kumaşları 3 ay sonra pırtlanmaya başladı.Telefon ederek durumu anlattım,o koltuk takımının kendi garantileri kapsamında olmadığını söylediler.(inanın alırken böyle birşey söylemediler,ben koltuk takımını o şirketten mi aldım:).Akabinde şirketle görüşüp bilgi vereceklerini söylediler.6 ay geçti ne arayan var ne soran.Bu ülkede esnaflık,ticaret insanlık bitmiş, böyle giderse bu ülkenin başına çok büyük gelecek var.İster mağduriyetimi giderin isterseniz gidermeyin,en yakın zamanda tüketici haklarına başvurucam.Birde Öz'ünüze iyi bakın acaba gerçekten ER'mi.
I bought a sofa set from Özüer Furniture. They said it was guaranteed for 2 years, the fabric of the sofas started to rattle after 3 months.
