Last week, the right front tire of my Hyundai i20 was deflating and a day or two after it was pumping, the car was giving a warning for the right front tire again. There was a warning when the air pressure was over. I decided to go to the tire shop because this indicates that the sensors are working properly and my right front tire is leaking air. I said that there was a problem with the right front tire, and when they removed the tire, they saw the screw, fixed it, installed it and gave it. 25₺ was received for this transaction. So far everything is normal. However, after that, the tire pressure warning never went out. I took my vehicle to Öztürk auto tire again and asked if they knew anything about the subject, as the tire warning did not go out even though I went about 10 km in the meantime, after an hour when it did not snow. They said they had no information. I traveled like that for two days, but it didn't make any profit. Yes, the tire did not leak air, but the warning of the vehicle did not go off. I took it to the Private Hyundai Service and they advised to take it to the authorized service when the error could not be cleared after long efforts. I took the vehicle to the Ata hyundai service. The tire was dismantled and, predictably, the right front tire sensor was broken. They gave a discounted price for this transaction and demanded 698₺ from me. I have already given half as a deposit. The piece will come from Istanbul, when it comes, I will have it installed next week and I will complete the process by giving the remaining fee. Let's get to the most important part. To explain this situation, I went to Öztürk auto tire again and explained the situation. The person who changed the tire first said that there was no sensor in this vehicle. I stated that they could open it and check the sensor. Then, this sensor process would not be that much money, I could solve this job for 300₺ with a sensor made in China, and nothing came out but giving a great advice. My vehicle's broken sensor was not made in China, so I can install it. I conveyed the situation, I stated that it would be a human condition, but they stated that they would not be able to make a correction and they did not accept the situation when everything was clear. When I say, let's not change the tires here again, the only word spoken was "destiny". In summary, I would say don't stop by Öztürk Oto Lasti, who doesn't even know which vehicle has a sensor on its tire, and doesn't even accept the situation and offer help when it breaks this sensor.
