Özellikle Ataköy Migros karşışındaki eski belediye evlerinin (Sosyal konutlar) olduğu yerlere yeniden yaptığı bloklar çok modern bir yapıya sahiptir. Bloklar arasında yeterli yeşil alanlar mevcuttur.
 Ataköy is a construction company that has built multi-storey structures consisting of many blocks, spread over a very wide area between the harbiş intersections. Especially the blocks that were rebuilt in the places where the old municipality houses (social houses) opposite Ataköy Migros were built have a very modern structure. There are sufficient green areas between the blocks.
