 The trilice that we ordered in Ozsüt forum kayseri came in a sweet and iced form, when we told them this, the waiter said to his friend manager, he looked at our table sullenly and turned and unfortunately no reaction was given, neither an apology nor a renewal. .

Products never deserve their price, attention and service is zero, never choose. They brought tea with sugar at the bottom, and the explanation was that they were going to take it to their manager.

You can spend time outside even in winter, the heating is sufficient and helpful. Desserts and coffees were very delicious, your staff named Bayram was interested and helpful. Thanks for everything ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was terrible. Me and my girl ordered a mago smoothie each they came out with them 5min after our food came out. We tasted it and it was just milk and cream. When we asked the waiter about it they said they ran out of mango but didnt tell us prior to ordering it. So they took it back and we ordered a strawberry one instead. It came back to us pink but there was no flavour in it. It tasted like they just put pink food colouring in it. In total our order came to 88TL for two toasties and a failed smoothie. The quality does not match the price in the slightest.
This has been my worst experience in a resturant in Turkey to date. You can get much better quailty of food at a cheaper price anywhere else. Avoid this place.
