About Ozsut
İbrahim Urlulu yönetiminde dev bir üretim ağı ve mağazalar zinciri kuran Özsüt, 1991 yılında ilk şubesini Alsancak’ta açıyor ve 2002 yılına gelindiğinde şube sayısı 20’ye yükseliyor.
Azerbaycan’da da 3 mağaza açarak ve bugün 5 mağazaya ulaşarak hizmet vermeye devam ediyor. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kahvaltı için geldim fakat verilen kahvaltı yetersizdi. Ayrıca yeşillik maydanoz, roka, nane yaprağı , birer adet veriliyor dalga geçer gibi. Hiç verilmezse daha iyi. Kahvaltı fiyatını 32.5 TL den 35-40 TL yapın extraları çoğaltın çeşitlilik oranını. Bu şekilde verilen hizmet memnuniyet verici değil müşteriye. Düzeltilirse düzeltmemi ona göre yaparım.
 I came for breakfast, but the breakfast provided was insufficient. In addition, green parsley, arugula, mint leaves are given one each, as if making fun of it. Better if not given at all. Change the price of breakfast from 32.5 TL to 35-40 TL and increase the variety of extras. The service provided in this way is not satisfactory to the customer. If it is corrected, I will make the correction accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temiz bir mekan her masada kolonya ve ıslak mendil bulunduruyor. Fiyatlar ortalama makul derecede . Bu tarih itibariyle dört çay ve bir kazandibi tatlıya 39 TL hesap geldi. Tatlı ve çay gayet iyiydi.
A clean place with cologne and wet wipes on every table. Prices are moderately reasonable. As of this date, an account of 39 TL was received for four teas and a wondibi dessert. Dessert and tea were fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çocuk oyun alanına kasalar yığılmış çocuğumuzu oynatamadık. Nargile cafe tarzında bir yer. Özellikle tatlı yemek için geldik ama tatlılar ve servis vasat. Masaya konan şekerliğin yarısı açıktı içinden tuz çıktı . Oturma alanının tamamında sigara içiliyor üzeri kapalı olmasına rağmen. Tuvaletler pis tavsiye etmem. Bir daha tercih etmem.
We could not play our child, whose crates were stacked in the children's playground. It's a hookah cafe style place. We came specifically for dessert but the desserts and service were mediocre. The sugar bowl placed on the table was half open and salt came out. Smoking is allowed throughout the sitting area even though it is covered. Toilets are filthy would not recommend. I would not choose again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ozsut has made its name known via sweets especially pudding kinda sweets as the name suggest. The restaurants have now turned to cafe bistro format serving almost any kind of food except for drinks that contains alchol. I tried tenderloin (medium cooked) unfotunately the one served to me was not eatable as it was hard as a stone even knife failed to cut. The management was so sensitive that they promptly took action and explained what happened served me “bıçak arası adanalı” upon consulting me and offering me extremely polite appology leaving me no place to maneuver. So I had to accept them to serve me bicak arasi adanalı. It was well cooked and well presented. The taste was something I don’t prefer but that’s not because the restaurant couldn’t make it as it is supposed to be, it is because me disliking the taste.
As conclusion: I recommend the Özsüt restaurants for sweets and soft drinks. If you asked my evaluation on this restaurant (özsüt atlantis) specifically, I’d say:
1. The management is extremely polite and do their best to serve the customer in a best way possible
2. Service is clean and on time
3. Don’t hasitate to visit the place because of what I wrote so far, just think again if you’re gonna order terderloin.
