Ozsut

We came two times, once just a normal summer day, once at kurban bayramı (festival of sacrifice ). Both times the deserts (4 different ones!) we wanted to have were not available. So we only got tea and coffee, which were good. Location and service are also good, so if they are able one day to serve the stuff they list on the menu, it will be a nice place.

Very impolite and rude staff at the counter. We bought 2 profiterols to go, and as soon as we tasted the sourness of the cream, we thought there was a problem. Then we took it back to them. Even though it was night and it took less than half an hour, at first their staff blamed us, and told us that the expiration date is same day, and there are still 2-3 hours left. After we insisted, he then put a corporate inquiry form in front of us, that I don't understand how it will help solve our problem. At one point of the argument, he even stated that deserts are fine 2 days after the expiration date. So, I have some serious concerns about the deserts served there. Definitely the worst Ozsut branch I have ever seen. Even the Ozsut boat at the bay have much more fresh food.

A café with panoramic sea view. The authentic Turkish coffee or Türk kahvesi there was not bad. Their hot chocolate was thick and sweet. Friendly staff.

Recommended: We liked the ambient, the service as well as the desserts. Internal and external seating are available. There is a wide selection that cover Turkish and international desserts. The only drawback was the Turkish coffee which I did not like. Other than this, everything was perfect.

Staff is professional and friendly. The menu is huge and quite aesthetically pleasing. I had the cheese sauce chicken and mushroom main dish and it came with thin bread (nan bread?). It was very delicious and filling but I still went with blueberry dessert because everything looked appetizing!

Not attentive waiter, not listening to the orders, smile is too much to ask.... rosehip tea for 20 tl taste like water and had no colour, then they added one hibiscus flower to give colour and brought it back... not tea specialists for sure?

Amazing food. Loved it! Must eat restaurant.

Chill vibes and good dessert. They also have decent internet, if you need to get some work done.
