About Özsüt 56’lar
İbrahim Urlulu yönetiminde dev bir üretim ağı ve mağazalar zinciri kuran Özsüt, 1991 yılında ilk şubesini Alsancak’ta açıyor ve 2002 yılına gelindiğinde şube sayısı 20’ye yükseliyor.
Azerbaycan’da da 3 mağaza açarak ve bugün 5 mağazaya ulaşarak hizmet vermeye devam ediyor. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masaya gelen tatlılar kesinlikle günlük değildi. Hiç beğenmedim. Fiyatları yüksek. Sanki Bağdat caddesinde bir cafedesiniz.
The desserts that came to the table were definitely not everyday. I did not like at all. Their prices are high. It's like you're in a cafe on Bağdat street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiyatları orta düzeyde yükseğe yakın garsonları gayet iyi fakat siparişleriniz için biraz bekleyebilirsiniz. Ben bir sufleye 30 dk beklemiştim lezzet güzel ama çok beklemek darlıyor insanı tabii. Yaz akşamları açık alanında oturmanızı tavsiye ederim
The waiters, whose prices are moderately high, are fine, but you can wait a bit for your orders. I waited for 30 minutes for a soufflé, the flavor is good, but waiting for a lot of people is of course. I recommend you to sit in the open area in summer evenings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kapanış saatine yakın bi zamanda gittiğimizde oturan masalara yeni getirilen sıcak içecekler yanı başımızda dururken servis yapmıyoruz diye resmen kibarca kovulduk. Bari gözümüze sokarak bunu yapmasaydınız. Hali hazırda taze çay servisi varken en azından 1er tane sıcak içecek ikram edip servisinizi kapatıcaz diye bi hizmet inceliği hak getire! Kesinlikle ÖZSÜT adı bu şubeyle karalanıyor
When we went close to closing time, we were politely dismissed because we weren't serving the newly brought hot drinks to the tables sitting right next to us. If only you hadn't done it by putting it in our eyes. While there is already fresh tea service, we will offer you at least 1 hot drink and turn off your service. Definitely ÖZSÜT name is being defamed with this branch.

2 çay ve bir zeytinli poğaça istersin
“Zeytinli poğaçamız yok sade ve kaşarlı var”
“Tamam sade olsun o zaman”
Çaylar gelir, garsonu çağırıp çayımız ne zaman gelecek diye sorduğumuz için
Çaylar biter poğaça gelir ve kaşarlı çıkar
Şikayet edersin hayır o kaşarlı değil sade derler ama yenisini getirmeyi teklif edeler.
Poğaçanın yanında iki çay daha söylersiniz
10 dakika sonra birden başta olmayan zeytinli poğaça gelir peçete ve ıslak mendil yok.
Sonra kasaya gidip ıslak mendil istedim ve çayları hatırlattım. Hemen geliyor denildi
Bi 10 dakika daha bekledik ve kasta ödeme için gittik çayları iptal ettiğimizi söylediğimizde
“Sistemde çayların işleme alınmadığını” söylendi
“Ama biz söyledik ve çaylar gelmedi” dediğimizde de
“Bizim sorunumuz değil kayıt edilmemiş “ dedi.
First you wait 15 minutes for the waiter to come to you.
You want 2 teas and an olive pastry
“We don't have olive buns, we have plain and cheddar cheese”
“Okay just keep it simple then”
Teas come, because we called the waiter and asked when our tea would come.
The tea ends, the pastry comes and it comes out with cheddar
You complain, no, they say it's not cheddar, it's plain, but they offer to bring a new one.
You can order two more teas next to the pastry.
After 10 minutes, the olive pastry comes, which is not in the first place, and there are no napkins and wet wipes.
Then I went to the cashier and asked for wet wipes and reminded them of the teas. Said it's coming soon
We waited another 10 minutes and went to the cashier to pay when we said we canceled the teas.
It was said that "the teas are not processed in the system"
When we say "But we said and the tea didn't come"
"It's not our problem, it's not recorded," he said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menü deki çoğu şey güzel bazı ürünler menüde olmasına rağmen hiç bir zaman olmuyor tuvalet ve temizlik iyi garsonlar berbat servis çok kötü
Most of the things on the menu are good, although some items are on the menu, they never happen, the toilet and cleaning are good, the waiters are awful, the service is very bad
