★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10.10.2018 Tarihinde almış olduğum Casper Nirvana F800 7500-BT40P-S-I f Notebook Silver Markalı Laptopumda aldığım günden beri kasma-donma-ısınma gibi sorunlar yaşıyorum 15.03.2019 Tarihinde Casper'ın Servisine alıcı ödemeli şekilde gönderdim. Aşağıya bırakacağım teknik servis formunda gelen cevap ile bana aslında var olarak satılan SSD'nin aslında hiç olmadığını hatta ürün özelliklerinde de yazmadığını söylemişlerdi Ben ürünü Özşanal'dan almıştım ve satın aldıktan sonra ürünün internet sitesinden satış linkini asla bulamadım bugün bilgisayarım yine arıza yapmaya başladığı için şikayet var'a yazmak istedim. Şu an Özşanal firmasında benim kullandığım laptop bilgisayar satışta ve içerisinde 128 GB SSD olduğu yazıyor. Bu sayfanın aynısını bana ben laptopu aldığım zaman da göstermişlerdi ancak ürünün içerisinde SSD yokmuş :( Şu anda üniversite sınavına hazırlanıyorum ve Bu fiyattaki bir ürün olmasına rağmen kullanmakta güçlük çekiyorum.
Şeklinde şikayette bulundum ve asla yardımcı olmadılar sadece telefonda beni dinlediler. Çalışanlar satış sonrası komisyon almak için her türlü yalanı söyleyebiliyorlar kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum
Eğer ki Özşanal mağazasından bir ürün alacaksanız ürünün kurulumunu yapmadan içinde eksik parça olup olmadığına bakın (tabi ürünü açmadan anlayabilirseniz) çünkü eğer içerisinde eksik parça var ise ve aradan zaman geçmiş ise asla ilgilenilmiyor. 200 TL'lik bir parça yüzünden 3800 TL'lik bilgisayarı asla randımanlı olarak kullanamıyorum ve şu an Şikayetvar hattından söylenen şey bilgisayarı aldıktan 4 5 ay sonra söylenen şey ile aynı "Aradan zaman geçtiği için bla bla bla" bundan sonra bu mağazadan asla alışveriş yapmam ve asla kimseye tavsiye etmem. Casper Nirvana F800 7500-BT40P-S-I f Notebook I bought on 10.10.2018 Silver Branded Laptop, I have been experiencing problems such as freezing-freezing-heating since the day I bought it, I sent it to Casper's Service on 15.03.2019. With the answer in the technical service form that I will leave below, they told me that the SSD that was actually sold as an existing was not actually available or even listed in the product features. I wanted to write to var. At the moment, the laptop I use at Özşanal is on sale and it says that it has a 128 GB SSD. They showed me the same page of this page when I bought the laptop, but there was no SSD in the product :( Currently I am preparing for the university exam and I have difficulty using it even though it is a product at this price.
I complained and they never helped, just listened to me on the phone. Employees can tell all kinds of lies to get post sales commission. I do not recommend it to anyone.
If you are going to buy a product from Özşanal store, check if there are any missing parts before installing the product (if you can understand it without opening the product) because if there are missing parts and time has passed, it is never taken care of. Because of a 200 TL piece, I can never use the 3800 TL computer efficiently and what is said from the Şikayetvar line is the same as what is said after 4 or 5 months after I bought the computer "Since time has passed, bla bla bla bla" I never shop from this store and i would never recommend it to anyone.
