 It's too bad, don't choose it. Employees have extreme indifference. I was late for the ticket. Even though it passed in front of my house, it didn't stop. It was said that you wouldn't be able to catch up, it was so helpful.

Although I prefer different bus companies, I have never been greeted so kindly in my life. I would like to thank the driver and assistant of the Kastamonu-Ankara expedition dated 18.07.2020 at 15:15 for their tolerance.

Intercity Bus Company, which has been in existence for years, is still news in the name of innovation and development, despite changing hands! I traveled on the bus at 22:00 on 30.07.2021. As usual, the televisions do not work. The places where it takes a break are the poorest and most expensive facilities. Vehicles have really bad air conditioning, etc.
What is forgotten is that you are serving people, not animals! I would like to announce that although I am from Kastamonu Devrekani, I will never choose it again, please read before choosing.

Arabanın saatinde hareket etmesi, araç içerisinde herkesin pandemi kurallarına uyması, şoför ve çalışanların güler yüzlü olması, araç içerisinde ki ikramlar, ilk defa bu kadar güzel bir yolculuk yaptım. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim Özlem firmasını.

My journey from Kastamonu to Ankara on 16.12.2021 at 05:00 went very well.
It was the first time that I had such a nice trip, with the car moving on time, everyone in the vehicle following the pandemic rules, the smiling faces of the drivers and employees, the treats in the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Özlem company.
