When Şeyma lady who made the complaint was there, I was having my hair dyed and two ladies came in because we had an appointment and the process started. 20 minutes later, they realized that they were in the wrong place.

Diger salon arayip randevuya gimedigimi farkedince islemi durdurmak istedim ve cok cirkin ve kaba hareketlerde bulunup birde yapmadigi seye islem ucreti talep edip zorla almaya calistilar. Tavsiye etmiyorum
I went wrong because of the similarity of the name, I said I have an appointment and entered, they processed it without asking for a name or something. When I called the other salon and realized that I couldn't go to the appointment, I wanted to stop the process, and they tried to take it by force by demanding a transaction fee for something that they did not do. I do not recommend
