I bought a ticket from Gaziantep to Ankara at 22.00 from the Online system. I went to the office and said that your vehicle was delayed at 23.30, it is thought-provoking that such a noble company should answer like this. It is impossible for me to buy a ticket from Özlem Batman again. .such a mistake will not be repeated again.
